Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Fashion Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on fabric choices and tailoring options. If you have a passion for fashion and exceptional communication skills, this is an opportunity to excel in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome clients, providing a personalized shopping experience.
  2. Understand clients' needs and preferences, offering expert advice on fabric choices and tailoring options.
  3. Assist clients in making selections, providing detailed information about products, and helping them visualize final outcomes.
  4. Closing sales by building rapport with clients and guiding them through the purchasing process, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  5. Handle client queries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Manage and organize the fabric inventory, ensuring all materials are stored correctly and are easily accessible.
  7. Regularly update inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of popular fabrics.
  8. Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of the House of Sheriff brand.
  9. Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing.
  10. Work closely with the store's tailoring and design team to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillments.
  11. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to store management, offering insights on client preferences and market trends.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the store's performance and client experience.
  13. Possess a keen knowledge of design and trend forecasting.
Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A keen eye for fashion and fabrics.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic financial reporting.
