About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our team at o9 Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of planning and decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement planning applications with a strong focus on industry best practices, business processes, and o9's solutions.
  • Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues in a timely fashion and validating e2e workflows.
  • Identify design issues in the existing setup and coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems.
  • Configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements post go-live and deliver solutions to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.
  • Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, work on bugs/issues, and track progress using support tools.
  • Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
  • Actively contribute to improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with development and operations teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with implementing planning applications.
  • Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech degree.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages, as well as statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
  • Strong ability to lead by example, demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data, complemented by intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or biggest risks.
