Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Primary school, overseeing instructional programs and evaluating teaching methods.
  • Supervise and lead the teaching team, promoting diverse instructional strategies and materials.
  • Conduct regular observations of classes to encourage innovative teaching practices.
  • Foster a positive and child-centered approach, prioritizing student needs and well-being.
  • Develop and implement workshops and events that support learning and collaboration among students.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders as part of the school's executive team.
  • Build relationships with parents through regular communication and stay updated on best practices in education.
  • Stay current on developments in education policy, curriculum design, and assessment methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a relevant subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences).
  • Professional teaching qualification from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd).
  • Proficiency in technology and languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CBSE board policies and other boards welcome.
