Sales Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, manage follow-ups on Digital DIY inquiries via email and phone, and maintain up-to-date CRM records. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders from assigned accounts or industry GTM campaigns by analyzing micro-verticals/sub-industry segments.
- Bucketizing accounts and executing targeted campaigns based on micro-verticals/sub-industry segments to achieve maximum impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create required content for prospect meetings, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements through active listening and working closely with sales teams to take it further into the sales cycle.
- Routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, driving revenue growth.
- Achieving quarterly and yearly ACV revenue booking targets by leveraging industry knowledge and sales strategies.
- Conducting thorough research on relevant accounts based on buying intent, identifying key accounts, and generating interest by qualifying prospects using BANT criteria.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within assigned accounts and campaigns to ensure ongoing business success.
- An educational background in IT services industry or equivalent experience.
- Proven inside sales experience in selling IT services across different vertical industries or freshers with relevant understanding of industry domain and IT services.
- A track record of consistently over-achieving quarterly and yearly ACV booking targets.
- The ability to build conversations with dozens of prospects daily, effectively communicating value and securing meetings.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems to streamline sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- A proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative ideas for prospecting.
- Strong listening, presentation, and analytical skills to drive sales success.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
