Information Governance Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role is responsible for assisting with the Information Security Risk and Compliance (ISRC) function and supporting governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and/or manage ISRC employees in Bengaluru, India
  • Records and Information Management (RIM)
  • Information Technology (IT) and ISRC Policy Management
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Digital Identity and Access Management
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM) and Compliance
  • IT and ISRC Risk Management
Cybersecurity Compliance:
  • Cloud Security Reviews (Third Party Audits)
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Information Security Requirements (Cybersecurity)
  • Information Security Audits (Third Level Support)
  • Information Security Standards (Regulations like ISO, etc.)
  • Technical assistance to support internal stakeholders
  • Enhance global awareness of information security compliance requirements
  • Liaison between the Cybersecurity Governance tower and all stakeholders
  • Assist with the annual controls, requirements, and tasks library updates in GRC
  • Assist with training employees
  • Working knowledge of IT systems
  • Provide information security classification direction and execution
  • Assist with Information Governance initiatives
Requirements:
  • IT degree or similar preferred, either at bachelors or masters level
  • Minimum ten (10) years related work experience preferred
  • Professional certifications in information security or IT preferred
  • Knowledgeable about decentralized organizational structures
  • Familiar with ISO 27001/2, NIST, COBIT standards
  • Strong customer service experience
