This role is a great opportunity for a skilled customer service professional to take on a leadership position and oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong skills: In Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
