Job Title: Senior Content Head
Creative Visionary RoleThis position oversees the development and implementation of content strategies for brand campaigns, digital activations, and long-form projects. The ideal candidate will establish a consistent tone of voice and content guidelines across all touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create communication that meets campaign objectives.
- Conceptualise, write, and edit high-quality content across various formats.
- Mentor a team of writers, editors, and freelancers in ideation, execution, and craft.
Lead the conceptualisation, writing, and editing of high-quality content across ads, social media, web, video scripts, branded content, ATL/BTL materials, and more.
Performance Monitoring & InnovationTrack content effectiveness through performance metrics, audience feedback, and platform trends. Stay updated on language trends, cultural cues, digital storytelling techniques, and advertising innovations.
RequirementsA bachelor's or master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in advertising, media, digital content, or publishing is required. Outstanding command over the English language, grammar, style, and creative expression is essential.
