Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Action (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
