Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven digital marketer to lead our performance marketing practice.

This role involves developing and executing ROI-focused strategies across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of these platforms and certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ROI-focused strategies across paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot).
  • Experience in high-growth industries.
