Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Develops and executes comprehensive content strategies aligned with our goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client briefs.
  • Has experience in client-side content management, editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Candidates must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality, working closely with internal teams and freelancers.
  • Manages social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Fills content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Uses project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and freelancers to meet deadlines and ensure quality content production.
  • Adapts between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • Conducts research into new topics, verifying facts and finding interesting angles for threads.

Requirements:

  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats, such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs.
  • A solid background in Web3, with knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
