We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance Officer with 2-3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms. This position will assist with day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Secretarial Support: Carry out basic secretarial compliance tasks, such as preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
  • Accounting Activities: Assist in accounting-related tasks like vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Statutory Compliances: Support in GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings, and help maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Compliance Documentation: Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Routine Reporting: Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting, ensuring compliance timelines are met for clients.
">Requirements:
  • Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances, familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.), and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
