Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

This is a remote role that requires availability during Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners. Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.
  • Data Management & Accuracy: Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting. Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding. Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Process & Timeliness: Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines. Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency. Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

Experience Levels:

  • Mid-Level Roles (3+ Years' Experience): Strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests. Exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred.
  • Senior Roles (5+ Years' Experience): Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting. Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives. Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis. Ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
