System Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned systems expert to oversee the administration of our iSeries and MQ Series infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AS400 technologies, encompassing system design, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of complex system issues and devise comprehensive solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and contribute to solution design.
  • Configure and optimize system components, conduct proof-of-concept workshops, and resolve queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Develop and present technical presentations, lead small projects, and participate in organizational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Primary skills: AS400 system administration, iSeries architecture, MQ Series integration.
  • Preferred skills: System security, performance tuning, disaster recovery procedures.
