Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in handling student visa applications for European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process student visa applications from start to finish for European destinations.
  • Verify all visa-related documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate appointments at VFS centers and assist students with necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy regulations and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Facilitate university applications on behalf of students, guaranteeing that all forms, essays, and documents meet specific requirements.
  • Manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization in administrative processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with specialized knowledge of European visa applications.
  • Strong understanding of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • Experience in filing university applications (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
