About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documents.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.
- Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
