Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new business opportunities in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, RFQ responses, and client presentations.

Your primary focus will be on driving digital presence through various B2B platforms, creating engaging content, and managing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge of EMS processes, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies
