Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to manage and update the Aero lab across different sites. This individual will be responsible for handling various test solutions and equipment, ensuring they are up-to-date with calibration and certification requirements.
Responsibilities:- Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and tools such as digital multimeters, analyzers, and cable harness fabrication equipment.
- Detailed knowledge of power systems, including AC and DC power supply systems.
- Planning and optimizing lab layouts to create space for upcoming projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand test solution needs and deploy test benches in the lab.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications, such as IPC-A-610.
- At least 4 years of experience in laboratory management, with hands-on experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
