Job Description

We're looking for a detail-focused professional to join our team as a Travel Counselor. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with SLAs and internal guidelines.

Your primary focus will be on reading and articulating fare rules, ticket bookings, and resolving queries from clients efficiently.

You'll need to have excellent knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre, and be adept at multitasking while maintaining high-quality output and meeting productivity targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree or diploma in Travel-Air Fares & Ticketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment
