International Student Recruitment Manager

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving the overall destination enrollment for USA and application funnel management set by the management. They will work closely with regional teams to plan, execute, and track the go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive destination enrollments by enabling sales teams and recruitment partners on USA processes.
- Manage assigned sets of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel, including application to submission, LOA to I-20, and application improvement.
- Conduct regional webinars and seminars on a regular basis to provide training to recruitment partners and their counselors on USA processes, top schools, and programs.
- Assist regional sales teams, leadership, and team members with the coordination and execution of approved destination GTM strategies.
- Implement and track monthly promotional strategies to achieve destination-specific sales targets.
Requirements:
- Possess a postgraduate degree in any field, preferably an MBA, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in international student recruitment for the USA destination, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Be a destination subject matter expert.
