About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company and for our clients.

This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Sourcing and attracting talented candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Conducting reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and job postings.
  • Staying updated with current industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
