Job Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Education Advisor with experience in counseling students, preferably from the Study abroad sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple responsibilities effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills to maintain accurate records and provide clear information to students.
  • Deliver presentations and talks on behalf of the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Provide students with accurate and clear information, as well as answer all inquiries from students.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to empower students to reach their education goals.
  • Work flexibly and adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in counseling students, preferably from the Study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain good record-keeping at all times in the CRM.
