">Key Responsibilities">- Meet Client SLAs: Understand and contribute positively to meeting client Service Level Agreements and Performance Goals.
- Maintain Quality Scores: Maintain internal & client defined quality scores by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and documentation.
- Prioritize Work Efficiently: Ability to prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
- Document and Follow-Up: Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups and follow SOPs to ensure seamless delivery.
- Articulate Complex Plans: Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify and Execute Solutions: Helps in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions and executes accordingly.
- Work with Leads: Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Self-Learning and Development: Take complete ownership of self-learning & development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
- Critical Thinking: Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A, or BBA (No Full-time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)
- Work Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Can work evening/night shifts as per business requirement.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills & attention to detail.
