Project Manager

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end execution of Mobile Banking projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards. Ensuring compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards is also a key aspect of the job. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder communication and change management across departments, arrange training sessions for staff and end-users, and deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will require 12 years of experience in Banking, Fintech, or IT sector, with at least 4 years exposure to Mobile banking and Internet banking projects/programs, including 3 years of Banking sector experience. Proficiency in project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms is essential, as well as a deep understanding of Scrum framework and one or more Agile methodologies. Familiarity with banking products, digital channels (Mobile and Internet Banking) and services is also required, along with the ability to comprehend application architecture and hands-on experience as Project Manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Practical knowledge of DevOps (CICD) and experience working on cloud-based microservices projects is an added advantage, as is possession of PMP, Scrum, or Prince 2 certifications.
