Financial Operations Lead

Job description

  • Prepare periodic project reviews with relevant financial analysis in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Control and optimize project results through close involvement with the Project Manager.
  • Challenge estimate to complete to maximize project margin.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing as soon as possible and actively secure payment in due time.
  • Review and analyze all balance sheet items linked to projects, including WIP, Balance recoverable from customer, Inventory, etc.
  • Manage Treasury requirements, FEMA Compliance, and hedging to limit exposure.
  • Provide comprehensive project finance reporting.
  • Participate in project management team meetings, risk sessions, and decision-making concerning project financial or contractual aspects.
  • Ensure accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete.
  • Document and monitor cost components quality, cost, and delivery commitment on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare periodic project reviews with relevant financial analysis.

  7. Deliver comprehensive project finance reports.
  8. Contribute to project management team meetings, risk sessions, and decision-making regarding project financial or contractual matters.
  9. Verify the accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete.
  10. Monitor and document cost components quality, cost, and delivery commitment on a monthly basis.
