The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate data delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities and streamline operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a team of credit analysts to deliver high-quality, accurate data to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities and streamline operational efficiency.
  • Develop Subject Matter Experts to create new taxonomies and process credit-related documents.
  • Hire, train, and manage credit analysts to support operational goals and uphold quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Middle Market Financial Modeling: Develop financial models for middle market companies ($50M - $1B+ revenue).
  • Capital Structure Analysis: Analyze debt and equity structures, including complex financing arrangements.
  • Lease Accounting & Analysis: Expertise in lease accounting standards (ASC 842/IFRS 16) and ability to analyze various lease structures.
