About the Opportunity

  • Pitch premium programs and certifications that enhance employability in the financial sector.
  • Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups, phone calls, and emails to support learner success.
  • Exceed sales targets through consultative selling and own key performance indicators.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career guidance, or consultative roles.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills to understand learner needs.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket education offerings (preferred).
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting concepts (a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking for effective sales management.
  • Goal-driven professionals passionate about supporting learner growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to provide personalized guidance to learners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-functional expertise.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
  • Knowledge of finance, investment banking, or accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
