As a seasoned resume writer, you will focus on empowering professionals to achieve career success by crafting compelling resumes that highlight their skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop professional resumes from scratch using participant-provided data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support professionals in various phases of their careers with targeted resumes, leveraging industry expertise to maximize results.
  • Interact with clients directly as needed via phone and/or email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Craft engaging content for job seekers in diverse industries, tailoring resumes to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional resume writer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients.
  • A solid understanding of how to develop content relevant to various industries, including technical writing and formatting skills.
  • Certification from a major career organization is preferred, but not required.
  • Technical writing skills and expertise in writing for technical roles are highly desirable, as are proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to write resumes in English and local languages.
