As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can bring creativity, aesthetics, and thumb-stopping visual language to our brand marketing engine.

About the role:

  • Develop end-to-end visual designs for all brand and marketing communications, including high-impact campaigns and everyday design needs.
  • Translate brand pillars into scroll-stopping content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram carousels, social media, emailers, event designs).
  • Create designs across mediums: digital ads, social media, web, app, event collaterals, and video thumbnails.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints of the brand.
  • Contribute to building the visual identity system, extending moodboards, refining templates, and creating design frameworks.
  • Collaborate with videographers on integrating static elements.

What you bring:

  • 3-4 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing range, from clean layouts to engaging posts.
  • Strong command over typography, grids, spacing, and brand identity systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • The ability to leverage AI effectively.
  • Capacity to take feedback and turn it into something stronger.
  • Speed, attention to detail, and a bias for quality.
