Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Specialist to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our brand. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for co-leading the visual execution of our brand across all platforms.

Your focus will be on creating visually compelling campaigns that resonate with Tier 2/3 and rural Indian markets. This requires a deep understanding of regional styles, languages, and emotions that matter to these audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual strategies that align with our brand's overall vision.
  • Create regionally relevant and functionally clear visual campaigns.
  • Design creative assets for digital, print, and retail channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns tailored for local audiences.
  • Establish and manage a local design system, including color palettes, iconography, and layouts.
  • Lead the art direction of educational content, such as how-to guides and infographics.
  • Oversee external vendors and printers to ensure consistent execution and quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or art direction.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working in a brand or campaign-focused creative team.
