Visual Communications Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Communications Specialist to create visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Adobe InDesign.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative freedom and responsibility, with the opportunity to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral
  • Creatives for social media, emailers, microsites, and websites
  • Motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Web and UI/UX support, photography and editing support
  • Conceptualization, consistency, and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle branding an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
