Night Shift Travel Operations Coordinator

The Travel Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless ticketing operations. Key responsibilities include managing domestic and international tickets, handling client queries efficiently, and resolving ticketing-related issues promptly.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and excellent communication skills.
A reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home environment are required for this position. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the luxury travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticketing Operations:
- Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
- Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
- Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
- Customer Support:
- Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
- Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
- System Handling:
- Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
- Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.
- Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations.
