Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can manage domestic and international tickets, provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift, and work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Operations: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
  • System Handling: Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
  • Coordination: Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
