Familiarity with travel booking systems, industry trends, and travel regulations is essential. Providing excellent customer service is key to ensuring a positive travel experience with a consultative approach.

The ability to negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services is also required. Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and managing travel is a must-have skill for this role.
