About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Back Office Executive role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Business Operations Coordinator with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately processed and recorded in our systems.
  • Prepare quotations and manage logistics documents including shipping and receiving information.
  • Verify and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax laws and licensing agreements.
  • Support in the preparation and verification of import/export documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Administrative or related field degree required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business software applications, particularly SAP, and handling import/export documentation.
  • Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
