
Administrative Logistics Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic Back Office Executive role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Business Operations Coordinator with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and recorded in our systems.
- Prepare quotations and manage logistics documents including shipping and receiving information.
- Verify and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax laws and licensing agreements.
- Support in the preparation and verification of import/export documentation.
- Educational Background: Administrative or related field degree required.
- Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business software applications, particularly SAP, and handling import/export documentation.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
