    • Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.">
    • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.">
    • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.">

  • Customer Support:">
    • ">
    • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.">
    • Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.">
    ">
  • System Handling:">
    • ">
    • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.">
    • Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.">
    ">
  • Coordination:">
    • ">
    • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.">
    • Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.">

  • Reporting & Compliance:">
    • ">
    • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.">
    • Follow industry regulations and adhere to best practices.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.">
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.">
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.">
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.">
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.">
