Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Tooling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key customers, and delivering tailored tooling solutions that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing ones.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through industry networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Promote new and existing products through various channels such as exhibitions, webinars, and client visits.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and address performance-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
