About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate the ability to engage customers through various sales techniques.
Duties:
- Develop a target list of independent primary care doctors, clinics, hospitals, and specialists
- Engage potential clients through various mediums, including product demonstrations
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to showcase their value
- Explain current company offerings and close sales with prospective customers
- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize market penetration
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related industries
- Demonstrated ability in direct sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales
- Bachelor's degree and advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market
