About the Role

Exide Energy Solutions Limited is a fast-growing organization focused on addressing energy, environment, and resource management challenges through lithium-ion battery production.

We are setting up India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells. Our objective is to develop NMC Cell design and technology to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory discrepancies between SAP stock and SFG inventories, ensuring zero differences and optimal composition of RM and Assembly materials as per BOM.
  • Implement and sustain 5S principles throughout production areas, enhancing workplace safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Analyze large data sets in SAP WMS and MES to guarantee consumption posting and outputs align with BOM.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Reconcile Row materials, assembly materials, and Finished goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring zero discrepancies in stock and consumption posting as per BOM.
  • Cycle count and adjust stock through approved processes.
  • Address CAPA for discrepancies.
