Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive our company's financial strategy and performance. This key role will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, taking into account market trends, industry standards, and business objectives.
  • Lead the financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA) qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in plant manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, improving efficiency, and enhancing compliance.
