Job Description

- Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal financial policies.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimise working capital.
- Develop strategies to improve profitability and reduce financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

- CA with 15-18 years of post-qualification
- Extensive experience in financial management within clothing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
