Job Description

As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the development team and managing delivery. You will be responsible for planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones. Additionally, you will build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires:

  • Leading and mentoring the development team
  • Planning work and allocating resources

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Experience in leading teams and capable of driving varied initiatives
