As a Software Engineering Leader, you will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You'll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React.
  • Architect scalable systems and adhere to software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React.
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration.
