Job Title: Senior Service Excellence Manager

As a seasoned service excellence manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through exceptional guest experiences.

  • Plan and direct hotel operations to achieve the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of outstanding service by fostering a warm welcome and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, discuss performance targets, and address guest feedback.
  • Act as Deputy General Manager in the GM's absence, representing the hotel at various meetings and events.
  • Oversee profit growth through consistent delivery of high-standard service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments, driving consistency and efficiency.
  • Address day-to-day queries, complaints, or problems that arise, providing timely solutions.
  • Monitor hotel functions, book updates, and amendments, collaborating daily with the GM and M&E Manager to forecast business on a weekly basis.
