Job Overview:
The Chartered Accountant will oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage audits, and optimize financial processes.
- Ensure accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, complying with RERA guidelines.
- Manage and oversee RERA compliances, including CA Certifications Form 3 & Form 5.
- Assist developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial obligations.
- Monitor project accounts and verify the proper utilization of funds as per RERA norms.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage client compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.
- Oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking, ensuring variance analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Guide and manage junior team members involved in financial operations and RERA compliance.
