The Accounts Payable Expert is responsible for overseeing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including purchase orders, invoice processing, goods received notes, and vendor management. This role requires a high level of organizational and analytical skills to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes in a timely manner
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Ensure accurate and complete financial records and reporting
- Perform month-end closing, audits, and process improvements
- Support manufacturing operations and inventory management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
- Prior experience in US Shared Services preferred
Achievements:
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP Financial Accounting / Oracle Financials) and contribute to the development of key performance indicators and financial statements.
