Job Title: Email Marketing Coordinator
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in email marketing to drive business growth. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end email campaigns, creating targeted audience segments, and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Email Campaign Management: Execute email campaigns from start to finish, focusing on paid-acquired customers and utilizing SFMC's Journey Builder to create engaging journeys.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate detailed reports, conduct A/B testing, and utilize analytical insights to enhance campaign results.
- Data Management & Segmentation: Develop data extensions within SFMC to build targeted audience segments, enabling personalized communications and improving customer engagement.
- Paid-Acquired Customer Focus: Concentrate on daily campaign planning, creation of dedicated journey flows, and review/optimization of email journeys specifically for customers acquired through paid channels.
- Post-Purchase & Product-Specific Journeys: Design and manage email journeys focused on post-purchase actions and product-specific journeys to increase customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Proficiency in using SFMC for campaign management and automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Data Segmentation: Experience in data segmentation and audience targeting for personalized email campaigns.
- Email Marketing Best Practices: Understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance, and legal regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams.
