Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
">As an email marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. You will develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create personalized content that resonates with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Design visually compelling email creatives that align with brand messaging and communicate key information effectively
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to automate workflows, trigger notifications, and confirm actions taken on emails
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement
- Implement A/B testing and use tracking methods to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content relevance and meaning
- Monitor email marketing activity company-wide to maintain consistency and reduce over-emailing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing principles, experience with CRM and marketing tools, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
