Startup Legal Advisor

Job Summary:

This role involves providing strategic legal counsel to startup clients on various matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The engagement would primarily involve advising clients on commercial and corporate laws, technology regulations, and licensing agreements. You will provide legal counsel to startup clients on issues related to contracts, funding, and mergers and acquisitions.

You will also handle investigations involving multiple agencies and assist clients in dispute resolution processes, litigation, and negotiation of agreements. Additionally, you will research and write articles, white papers, and industry reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution;
  • 0-1 years PQE of post-qualification experience in corporate law or a startup advisory team;
  • Strong Interest in Startup Law;

You should have analytical skills and attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), familiarity with legal frameworks, ability to work well in a team environment, and ability to read and write Kannada.
