Job Description

We are seeking a Pre-Primary Education Leader to supervise and lead the instructional programs of our school. This role involves evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and providing guidance to teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership: Evaluate lesson plans, observe classes, and provide guidance to teachers.
  • Community Connect: Conduct regular meetings with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Communication Processes: Develop effective communication processes to engage with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Student Focus: Meet the academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize relevant workshops and events that support further learning and foster creativity and collaboration among students.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in any subject, preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences. You should also have a professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd) and proficiency in technology and language skills.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, experience working with CBSE board policies and procedures, and knowledge of teaching methodologies, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, student assessment, and other related areas.
