Property Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned General Manager (Branch Level) to lead our property operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve business targets across our locations. This key role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and making a lasting impact on our guests' experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute branch-level operational strategies, taking end-to-end ownership of property operations and monitoring performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  3. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding our service standards and addressing feedback proactively. Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain our reputation.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee property finances, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial plans. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.
  5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all branch operations comply with local regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality and operational consistency across properties.
  6. Business Growth: Identify opportunities for improving property performance and guest occupancy rates. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement local strategies for attracting guests and increasing revenue.
